When someone says they have a problem. Skip it and address the real issue – For example:

  1. Problem = I don’t have enough money for marketing
  2. Real Problem = I have taken too much out of the business and spent it on things other than marketing


When a product or something else fails, pivot on that failure and try something else that could work.
